Tuition & Transcriptions

I’ve recently started teaching a lot more at my cosy home studio in the Southside of Glasgow. I’ve taught the odd student here and there for a few years but I’m now in the regular pattern of teaching several students of varying experience levels every week.

This means preparing new material on a weekly basis, tailored to the student, which has been enormously beneficial to my own playing, and has encouraged me to resume publishing covers and transcriptions of classic bass recordings!

My latest transcription is Dancing Queen by Abba, which can be found on the Transcriptions page along with other songs.
